
Chef Daniel Boulud returns to his namesake restaurant Café Boulud The Bahamas at Rosewood Baha Mar for his highly anticipated annual Truffle Dinner, an extraordinary evening celebrating the season’s first truffles. Join Chef Daniel and the Café Boulud team as they present an exquisite multi-course menu designed to delight the senses and highlight the luxurious depth of both white and black truffles.
The evening begins with elegant canapés, including White Truffle Pomponette, Hamachi Roulade with Ossetra Caviar, and Black Truffle Gougères. Guests will then savor five artfully prepared courses, from a delicate Tuna Crudo with black truffle and mâché salad to Quail Raviolini en Brodo with white truffle, and a perfectly Slow Baked Salmon with leeks and crème de vermouth. The experience continues with a decadent Beef Tournedos Rossini and concludes with a Warm Chestnut Moelleux paired with white truffle ice cream and caramel sauce.
Each dish is thoughtfully complemented by an exceptional wine pairing, featuring William Fevre Chablis Montmains 1er Cru 2021, Domaine Manuel Olivier Meursault 2019, Bouchard Volnay Fremiets Clos de Larougette 1er Cru 2017, and Aldo Conterno Barolo Bussia Cicala 2018.
