Pablo Bordón completed his digital art bachelor’s degree at the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts, where his studies encompassed cinematography, videography, photography, and design. He furthered his education at the University of Arts of Cuba (ISA) and concurrently served as a photography professor within the Visual Arts faculty for 7 years. Pablo was awarded the Gutstav Schübeck Scholarship (DAAD) to advance his studies in Alfter, Germany.
Throughout his professional career, Pablo has presented numerous solo exhibitions in Cuba and the United States, in addition to participating in collective showcases at prominent venues such as Galeria Habana, Ludwig Foundation of Cuba, Center for the Development of Visual Arts, Fabrica de Arte Cubano (FAC), and Fototeca de Cuba. His work has also been featured in satellite exhibitions at the Havana Biennials, Higher Institute of Art, Espacio Altamira, and Studio K21. Internationally, his art has gained exposure at esteemed locations including Kunstraume, Michalel Hosrbasch Stiftung, and Alanus Hochschule in Alfter, Germany, as well as the Center of the Arts in Boston, USA, The Cuban Gallery in Provincetown, USA, and Lois Lambert Gallery in Santa Monica, California. An assortment of his pieces is part of private collections in the United States and the Bahamas.
