Kathy Pinder is a Bahamian fashion designer known for her refined craftsmanship and elegant custom creations. She currently serves as a Fashion Design Instructor at the Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) in Nassau, Bahamas, where she shares her extensive knowledge and passion for design with aspiring creatives.
Kathy studied fashion design at the American College for the Applied Arts and Bauder Fashion College, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Design from The American College in London, London, England.
In addition to her teaching career, Kathy is the owner and designer of Kathy of Nassau, a bespoke fashion business specializing in custom-made garments for individual clients. Her work blends classic tailoring with contemporary Caribbean flair, reflecting both her international training and her Bahamian heritage.
Kathy continues to inspire through her dedication to craftsmanship, education, and the growth of the Bahamian fashion industry.
