Irvin Aguilar is a visual artist and graphic artist currently based in Aruba. In Aguilar’s artistic practice, elements of traditional printmaking methods are used in deconstructive way to reveal the process in its different forms such as the matrix as 3D form, expanded drawing, installations, performance, video art and print. A retrospective of his process of adapting a new workplace / home between Mexico-Aruba and their connection. His work has been exhibited in various cities of Mexico, among which are Oaxaca, Guanajuato, Mexico City, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Puebla, Michoacan andcountries around the world such as Spain, Greece and Aruba where he has made many collective exhibitions and solo shows.
